Hardstyle Circuit Training

At Renzo Gracie Jiu Jitsu academy health and fitness is important. The  kettlebell fitness program skillfully combines several concepts including resistence training, interval training, balance, and, balistic movement.  This workout is effecient.  You will be in and out in under and hour with total work time of 30 minutes or less.  You will loose fat, burn more calories throughout the week, sculpt your body proportions, and get more functional strength.  We stress proper technique and safety.

The format is variations on intervals and circuits, combing Russian kettlebells, TRX suspension trainers, and other fun tools. The classes are fun and high energy to provide you with extra motivation. We often have both men and women in class.

Russian Kettlebells by Dragondoor, designed by Pavel Tsatsouline, one of the worlds top fitness experts/trainers.  They are a deceptively simple “old-school” fitness tool. They have been in use for at least 300 years by Russian strongmen, athletes and military as their primary fitness tool. Our instructor has been certified by Pavel Tsatsouline’s organization. The TRX suspension trainer was developed by a former Navy SEAL and are used by everyone from elite athletes to therapist helping people recover from injuries.
